 Top Stitch has a full-fledged testing section equipped with High-end devices to detect & ensure the consistency of fabric and color fastness.
The emphasis on quality is distinctly applied in all phases of production right from Fabric Department to Finishing Room.

Fabric selection stage

After a series of selection at the weaving and processing center the ideal fabric is carefully chosen & further subjected to crucial testing for flaws in weave, dye and printing quality.

Cutting Section The fabric again is retested `and is then sorted for cutting. The cut fabrics are serially numbered for full part and color identity

Sewing Section Professionals and experienced tailors are engaged with the duties to monitor the stitching procedures.

Finishing Levels

The garment on reaching this point is subjected to a QC check on the measurements aspects and subsequently undergoes a scanning to detect other quality defects.


Centralized Finishing Section

The Final product rolls out after the last phase of QC check is done at the centralized finishing section where the automated washing plants and steam ironing section wraps up the final products.
